How to turn off volume safty from last update

It driving me up a wall I am hard of hearing and every time i try to use my phone the volume is down and warnings keep popping up

When you say “volume safety” are you referring to the Noise Notifications for loud sounds? If so, please follow this path,

iPhone > Health app > Environmental Sound Levels > Noise Notifications > turn off or set to 100 decibels, loudest setting.

The only Health on my phone is in the privacy and security app and that only shows how long to store health data

after my last update i get warning banners tell me based on my usage my volume is to high and ever time i stop using my phone weather it be regular call or using my headphones it turns my volume down by like half so ever time i take a call i hve to turn my volume backup
