Apple Music free trial shows 1 month instead of 3

A month and a half ago I bought a new iPhone 17 Pro and it’s currently running iOS 26.3. I was given “Apple Music free for 3 months” and “Apple Arcade free for 3 months”. Redeeming Arcade gives me 3 months but Apple Music only gives me 1. I’ve never used Apple Music even once during its free trial let alone paid for it. What’s the problem?

Re: Apple Music free trial shows 1 month instead of 3

Perhaps you accidentally signed up for the regular one month free trial offer, instead of redeeming your 3 months offer.

Please Note: A free trial needs to be cancelled at least 24 hours before it expires if you do not want to be charged, or to continue subscribing,

Seems Apple has terms and conditions for the 3 months free offer (link below):

https://www.apple.com/promo/pdf/US_T_Apple_Music_Promo_Terms_3_month.pdf

Eg says:

  • "Offer must be claimed in the Apple Music app within 90 days after first setting up your new device. Make sure it is running the latest operating system. To see the offer appear, you will need to sign in with your Apple Account".

(There's much more in the article above)

If you want to use online chat / phone / email etc. to contact Apple Support:

There's a Music Support website online (info. / support / contact options etc/

Or: There's a Billing and Subscriptions website: https://support.apple.com/billing

Re: Please let me trai free for 1 month

We are all Apple users here, just like you.

I understand the free trial is for those who haven't used Apple Music before.

Apple music is available in many countries, yet not all countries or regions.

Try going to the website: Apple Music - Apple

There you can click the "Try one month free" button.

Please remember that a free trial needs to be cancelled at least 24 hours before it expires, if you choose not to continue and do not want to be charged for the next month's subscription. (You lose access immediately you cancel.)
