Reddit only will open one topic in community. Subsequent requests to open other topics just show title header and graphics…no content.
this is since next to last update…on v26.3 now.

I believe what you are reporting is seen here and has been a problem with the Reddit app recently, not specific to any OS update.
That points to a problem with the Reddit app where it has also been reported here:

Both reports are specific to the iPad. You should also check if there is an update for the Reddit app available for your iPad as a fix will have to come from them.
