iCloud email not sending or receiving for one account

My iCloud emails are no longer showing up for one of my emails but is working fine for the other one. I have iCloud + 200g so it’s not a storage issue. I am expecting important emails to that address and I can’t send or receive mail

also I cannot view my mail via browser either and I have the newest update as of yesterday

Troubleshooting iCloud eMail:

What do you mean by "cannot view"? Is the screen just white when you try viewing it? Cannot you just not log in?

C. Try Another Browser:

What happens when you try another bowser?


D. Clear Temporary Internet File for ALL Browsers:

Try clearing the Temporary Internet Files of Safari, and all other browsers. Go here: Delete your Safari History, Cache, and Cookies on iPhone - Apple Support
