Safari and SSA.gov:
It's probably no mere coincidence that governmental, educational, and banking domain Websites aren't too fond of Safari. But, if you are using a VPN, then delete it all. Too large of a header is seen in the cookies --so, clear your Temporary Internet Files:
Clearing History and Cookies:
- Go to: Safari menu
- Select: Settings
- Click: Privacy tab
- Click: Manage Website Data... command button
- Click: Remove All
Clearing the Caches:
Back in the day, Apple chose to hide the ability to clear caches, for whatever reason. So, to clear them, you need to unhide the Developer forum.
- Go to: Safari menu
- Select: Settings
- Click: Advanced tab
- Check ON: Show features for web developer
- Go to: Develop menu
- Select: Empty Caches
