ECG isn’t available on my Series 8 and iPhone 15, if I go to heart > ECG, there’s just nothing

it's not approved by governments in all countries in the world as it is viewed as medical equipment
and if your watch were purchased in a place where it's not approved it will not work even if you use it in other places.
