Restore vivid filters to Camera app on iPhone 16/17 series

On newer iPhone models, we have Vibrant, which to me is pretty much the same as Vivid was. On photos you've already taken, you can use the edit controller to change to Vibrant and then add further customization to it there, which offers far more customization than just the Vivid filter on older iPhones.

As a dedicated iPhone 16 user and a healthcare professional, I am writing to formally request the return of the classic 'Vivid' filter as a live option in the Camera app.

The new 'Photographic Styles' (like Vibrant) do not provide the same immediate clarity and color depth that the original Vivid filter offered. In my profession, I’ve seen how bright and clear imagery can positively impact user experience and mood. The current system is too complex for a quick 'joyful' shot.

Please consider bringing back the classic Vivid filter in the next iOS update. It is a feature many of us rely on and truly miss.

Did you try to restore the missing "Vivid" filter on an iPhone 16, by

change the camera capture format to "Most Compatible" in settings...

High Efficiency (HEIC) format hides these classic filters; switching to JPEG ("Most Compatible") brings back the Vivid filter in the editing menu for new photos.
