Unable to change Apple ID country due to remaining balance
Dear Apple Support,
I would like to change the country/region of my Apple ID. However, I am unable to proceed because there is a remaining balance in my account that I cannot use.
Since this small balance cannot be spent, I kindly request that the remaining Apple ID balance be removed or reset so that I can complete the country change process.
