Months ago I requested to close my apple account and have the funds mailed by check. I have not gotten anything. I am not a regular apple user that's why requested funds returned. Its 2026 and have not received any correspondence.please help.

Did you already try to give the official Apple Support a call and ask them to look into that?

The link I provided offers a drop-down menu, listing all available counties and their Apple Support phone numbers, and the USA seem to be the default setting, all other countries are listed alphabetically.
