iPhone 13 suddenly unable to enter information on websites after update

I have an iphone 13 and have had no problems until now. After the update on Sunday (which may have nothing to do with it) I have trouble entering info on sites. I signed into a site I go to nightly to enter a contest and it said ‘Oops a problem on our end’ and then just spins. It’s still doing it today. Then I was signing up for a membership at Sam's Club, it allowed me to create an account but when I tried to enter my credit card info it just spins. It won’t let me complete anything it seems. And yes I restarted my phone. Any ideas?

Perhaps a long shot:

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN, then restart your device. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. Updates sometimes need to have VPN to be removed and reinstalled. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN, but probably shouldn't.

That is an issue with their site, not your phone

Your post is a bit confusing, you mentioned "sites" and won't let you complete anything but so far it seems to be an issue with just entering your credit card information on this one site.

What other issues are you having on this site and are you having any problems on other websites as well?
