Received money not showing in balance

I assume the balance you are referring to is for the Apple Cash card and not your Apple Account balance. Are you seeing any other transactions when viewing your Apple Cash transaction history?

Also, did you manually accept the money for Apple Cash or was it received automatically? Check if you need to verify your identity.
