When the charge reaches 80%, standing on the charge, the value drops to 76%, then rises back to 80%, while wireless charging is charged to 100% without problems.Optimized charging is disabled

Is the charging indicator still set to 100% as shown in the picture above?
Try to enable the Optimized Charging Limit, set the limit to 100%, confirm that you want to charge more than 80%, then disable the optimized charging and confirm again, that the 100% charging should be used.
Did you also check the settings for the charging limit when connected to the USB cable?

Does it work, if you keep the charging limit on and set it to 100% while the iPhone is connected to the charger?
If your iPhone is connected to the charger and at 80%, can to manually charge it to 100% ?
If you tap on the screen the green charging ring should give you an option to do so.
