You can also tap your avatar top right and go to Preferences and turn off all email notifications.

While you are there you can set your forum default sort order to "Oldest" to follow the threads as they were posted.

Any time that you post to a thread, you set yourself up for receiving emails with replies to that thread.

You can turn that off on a per-thread basis by de-selecting the “bell” icon.
