How to activate Apple TV with T-Mobile on a Samsung phone?

For the Apple TV offer from T-Mobile, please redeem as T-Mobile describes. You will have to supply an Apple Account to T-Mobile, so they can link the subscription to this account. Users can create a new Apple Account, if they don’t have one yet. (But you have one if you posted here 😉.)

Your Apple Account will need to have all the personal details as asked, including name, state, country, DoB, and valid payment method. New accounts will need to have their email address confirmed, by responding to a test message. You may add a payment method if none was linked yet. Without Apple devices, this can be done on the web, or on a PC with the Apple TV app.

An Apple accounts on occasion requires a verification code for two-factor authentication. This would be a six digit code. This code would be send to one of your personal Apple devices, or else to a supplied trusted phone number as SMS text. A trusted phone number can be added on the web, if none was set yet, or if you want to add additional numbers.
