Dictation not capitalizing first letter

Hello, This works for me if I turn on Auto Capitalisation in Settings, General, Keyboard,

1. when I dictate on my iPhone, an email or text, the first word has stopped being capitalized. My auto cap was never turned off.
2. when I use my daughter‘s name in an email or text, it is always spelled wrong, and no matter how many times I correct the spelling, Siri never frigging learns, and does it every single time thereafter wrong
3. when I have a name or a word in dictation, it ends up in all caps, no matter what I do

HELP

I never turned off the auto dash cap and yet the first word of every text or email is not capitalized. This is insane in this AI day and time. I am using my iPhone and cannot understand why this can’t be simply done rather than having to say something every time I start a text or an email. It must be automatic. Apple, get your **** together, please
