Try using a different browser.

MacOS 10.15 Catalina is obsolete and so, too, is the Safari browser that is installed. Internet security has evolved but the installed browser has not.

You might give Firefox a shot.

Not surprising if you are limited to macOS 10.15 from 2019 and the baked in Safari. Note the current there is 10.15.8


FireFox is your best bet for a more updated browser but still compatible:
