Yes, they do. What do you think the screenshot below is? Developers can test beta releases months in advance of the public release. Even consumers can get in on the action. iOS 27 will be released to developers and Apple beta testers in early June and have about 3 1/2 months to resolve any bugs in their apps and maintain compatibility. Beta Updates are released to develops about 2 months in advance of the public release. I’ve been an Apple beta tester going on 15 years.

So, as I stated previously, this is an Amazon issue.

The user does not directly access Wallet; Amazon does, via content loaded from a link sent to Safari.

The process looks like this:

Amazon offers an option to add a return QR code and instructions to Apple Wallet.

You tap the “Add to Apple Wallet” button after you complete a return request.

Amazon opens Safari and a page loads that, until the iOS 26 update, Safari could use to add the return info to Apple Wallet.

The following screen caps are from my phone, following the above process, minutes ago.

I disagree, but your experience in the communities and my experiences as an Amazon customer, frequent poster in the communities and those of other posters are obviously different. I’m sorry for your experience.

I wish there was a better response I could share. I’m a former Apple Store manager and while it could be an Apple issue, the evidence reported in the communities point in a different direction. Keep your apps and device updated.

Last thought, as an extreme out of the box idea do you currently use a VPN or ever used one in the past? Even if you’ve turned it off or removed it, have you used one?
