Amazon support has stated it’s their issue as has been reported in the Wallet community before. Please make sure your iPhone’s iOS version is updated to the latest version.
Have you spoken with Amazon support or Apple Support yet? If so, what did they say?
The issue is on Amazons end. Their link they are providing you either has errors or is outdated. They must correct the link and then you can download your files. This is not an Apple issue.
Yes, they do. What do you think the screenshot below is? Developers can test beta releases months in advance of the public release. Even consumers can get in on the action. iOS 27 will be released to developers and Apple beta testers in early June and have about 3 1/2 months to resolve any bugs in their apps and maintain compatibility. Beta Updates are released to develops about 2 months in advance of the public release. I’ve been an Apple beta tester going on 15 years.
So, as I stated previously, this is an Amazon issue.
thank you Jeff , one of the first things I did was turn off VPN, remove and reload Amazon app and safari - I’m thinking Amazon is not all that concerned because they now have a facility in the app that shows all of your return codes on your orders page obviating the need for the wallet facility. ( even though we all like it better)
Use the Amazon app or website to add receipts etc. Sorry, but this is not an Apple issue.
Same. I called apple and yes, it was determined it is an Amazon issue, not an Apple one. I called Amazon and after talking to 4 people, no one could help! Ugh!
The user does not directly access Wallet; Amazon does, via content loaded from a link sent to Safari.
The process looks like this:
Amazon offers an option to add a return QR code and instructions to Apple Wallet.
You tap the “Add to Apple Wallet” button after you complete a return request.
Amazon opens Safari and a page loads that, until the iOS 26 update, Safari could use to add the return info to Apple Wallet.
The following screen caps are from my phone, following the above process, minutes ago.
I disagree, but your experience in the communities and my experiences as an Amazon customer, frequent poster in the communities and those of other posters are obviously different. I’m sorry for your experience.
This is not Apple Support. Apple and Apple Support do not participate in the communities here. They only moderate our posts to insure all user guidelines are followed in regard to content and user behavior. Your comments will not be reviewed by Apple. Apple will make changes based partially on the feedback they receive through their official channel, linked below .

I wish there was a better response I could share. I’m a former Apple Store manager and while it could be an Apple issue, the evidence reported in the communities point in a different direction. Keep your apps and device updated.
Last thought, as an extreme out of the box idea do you currently use a VPN or ever used one in the past? Even if you’ve turned it off or removed it, have you used one?
My software is up to date IOS 23.6
my experience up until now was easy to add. I am also getting the safari error. I also tried using Amazon through a non safari browser and got the message “Sorry, your Pass cannot be installed to Passbook at this time.”
this appears to be an Apple wallet issue not an Amazon issue.???!…
Please explain how a non Apple web browser and Apple web browsers return similar error messages? This sounds exactly like the issue that multiple users have said Amazon support has acknowledged it’s their problem.
Apple doesn’t release their software to developers ahead of time to test compatibility with updates so it really is an Apple issue. Ideally their iOS updates wouldn’t break another applications features…but here we are
This is not an Amazon issue. It’s also happening with MJR passes. I cannot add to Apple Wallet. I’m getting the same Safari error. Apple needs to fix this!!!
I worked with Amazon tech support. Up until yesterday it was easy to add Amazon return codes to apple wallet. Now it gives an error message that “Safari cannot download the file”
I have a 16 pro running 26.3
Hi, this isn’t the community for issues regarding voice memos. If it’s sent via SMS, it could be a carrier issue.
How exactly are you accessing your Apple Wallet? If you’re double clicking the side button (power button) that’s not the Wallet you’re entering. It’s Apple Pay.
Jeff: Notice I did not ask for help with voice memos. I’m aware of the forum in which I’m posting, and was intentional with what I included.
The mention of a voice memo file issue is to highlight the fact that there is a new bug that prevents iOS from loading common file types.
