Hi Apple People… my iPhone (17 ProMax) is inserting replies in my text box (not my text bar) although I erase them and write what I want it puts it in at the end before I send…….Is anybody having this problem?
Please, I need to know how to turn this off. This is unbelievably uncontrollable.

If you are not fond of that feature, “Show Predictions Inline”, then you may turn it OFF.
Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Keyboard ➡️ Show Predictions Inline ➡️ Set this switch to OFF

That is a feature to simplify common reply scenarios, and it isn’t inserted into your text field unless you tap on it.
