Idon’t have a App Store.

• The app does not show because of the Screen Time restriction.
• Are you a member of a Family Plan? If so, you are stuck with the setting until the Organizer changes it.

If you are not in a Family Plan, then you were given the option to enter an Apple Account/Password to use if you forget it. If you skipped that step, you would have seen a warning that continuing will not allow you to reset the Passcode.
