Unable to use or withdraw App Store balance

Inquiry About Remaining Balance in App Store

Hello Apple Support Team,

I would like to inquire about a remaining balance in my App Store account of $0.56. I tried to use it for a purchase, but I was unable to complete the transaction, and I could not find an option to manage this balance under “Subscriptions & Billing” in the app.

Could you please clarify how I can use or withdraw this remaining balance and provide the necessary steps?

The people on these boards are mostly other customers, not Apple Support. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.

If you got that message when trying to spend it, choose something which isn't an in-app purchase or use this link.
