The people on this forum are not Apple. This is a customer to customer support service.
Subscriptions will continue until the expiration date. Canceling them just tells them not to renew after that date. To have it end before that date you need to contact Apple and explain you need it to end immediately.
About canceling subscriptions in Israel, South Africa, or Turkey

If your country is not listed then you will have to see if there is a chat option using one of the methods above. If no support options are available you may have to create a new account for your new country (avoid this if at all possible) or just wait for the subscription to end naturally.
