Macbook storage might be working wrong?

Macbook storage shows it's keeps 70gb of documents, but the thing is all my documents are not loaded on macbook - they are stored on Icloud or dropbox. So how does it happen that storage is taken by them?

iCloud Drive is a local folder whose contents are copied to iCloud Drive at iCloud.com. You can remove a file from local storage, but anything you look at is local.

If you have Optimized turned on, the files may be automatically added or removed from local storage. You seem not to have Optimize turned on.

I don't know what your screenshot is showing. It doesn't appear to be iCloud Drive.

Your internal Mac drive seems to be dangerously full.
