Vivid Filter missing from Camera app on iPhone 17 Pro Max
Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded to the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and I’ve noticed that the classic Vivid Filter is missing from the main camera app. On my older iPhones, it was very easy to access via the three-circle icon, and it gave the photos that perfect "pop" and vibrant look.
On the iPhone 17 Pro Max:
• I can only see Photographic Styles (Vibrant, Luminous, etc.).
• Swiping up on the toolbar or checking the settings doesn't show the old 3-circle Filter icon.
• I can still apply "Vivid" in the Photos App (Edit mode), but I want it directly in the Live Camera like before.
Is there any specific setting in iOS 19/20 to bring back the original Filters menu to the camera? Or has Apple completely replaced it with Styles?
I've already tried:
1. Turning off ProRAW / HEIF Max.
2. Checking "Preserve Settings" in Camera.
3. Swiping through the toolbar (it only shows Styles, Exposure, Timer, etc.).
Would appreciate any help or workarounds to get that classic Vivid look back as a default!
