My phone number starts with 057 (STC) saudi, Apple ID system shows Invalid. I need to add it to my account idk whats wrong

Apple requires the number in full international format:

Correct format for STC (Saudi Arabia):

+966 57 XXXXXXX

Remove the leading zero when using the country code.

How do I update my phone number on my Apple ID? Due to the two step verification the phone number registered on my account is no longer active and will not let me in. Apple support has no link where I can update my new number. It is quite frustrating! Please advise. TY.
