No vibration when outgoing call is answered – iPhone 15 (iOS 26.3)

Hello,

I am using an iPhone 15 running iOS 26.3.

Previously, on iOS 18, when making an outgoing call, the phone would briefly vibrate at the moment the other person answered (when the call connected). After updating to iOS 26.3, this vibration no longer occurs.

At the same time:

  • General vibration is working normally

  • Vibration for incoming calls works

  • Haptics are enabled in Sounds & Haptics

  • “Vibration” is enabled under Accessibility → Touch

Is there a way to re-enable this feature?

The vibration you used to feel when an outgoing call was answered is no longer available in iOS 26. There is currently no setting to turn it back on. All other vibration settings (System Haptics, Accessibility ➡️ Touch ➡️ Vibration) only affect general haptics, not call‑connect feedback.
