Messages deleted on PC not deleting on phone
When I delete a message on my PC it will not automatically delete on my phone

Try the following to make deleted messages sync between your PC and iPhone, make sure Messages in iCloud is turned on for both devices.
On iPhone:
Open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ iCloud ➡️ Messages ➡️ Turn ON
On Mac/PC using iCloud Messages:
Open Messages ➡️ Settings/Preferences ➡️ iMessage ➡️ Enable “Messages in iCloud”
Then sign out of iMessage on all devices, restart them, turn iMessage back on first on your iPhone, then on your other devices.
This forces all devices to resync and makes deletions apply everywhere.
