Getting Into a Locked Mac from Forgotten Password:
A. If a Used Mac:
If this is a used Mac, then you may not be able to, is the seller never disassociated it from their Apple Account. This is the site the seller shduld have used, prior to selling it to you, including the iCloud logout:What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, Trade in, or Recycle your Mac - Apple Support. They should have known better.
