How to fix unresponsive sound buttons on Apple TV 4K (2022)?

Just got an Apple TV 4K (2022). Connected it to the TV and everything (Samsung series 6 TV). Everything was working just fine until one very moment.

I have no idea what happened but the sound buttons have stopped working. They have been working fine but something happened and they suddenly stopped. Like, we couldn’t manage the sound of TV with Apple TV remote.

If that helps, we were using Apple Music at that moment. Does anyone know how to fix it? (It affects not only Apple Music, it affects Apple TV itself and everything in it)

to control volume and mute and to turn on and off

the appletv box rely on the standard called HDMI-cec

if it stopped working for you then if it was me then I would disable the feature (hdmi-cec) in both the appletv box and the tv and then pull the plug on both and let them start up and then reenable to feature as a means of troubleshooting
