How to remove Activation Lock from a second hand iPhone?

Unless you can get the original owner who set up the phone to remove the phone from their account, you are the proud owner of a useless phone you can NEVER EVER use. Apple will NOT unlock the phone for you. We can't help you unlock the phone. Get your money back if you can, or recycle the phone as it is totally useless to you.

You will need to get the necessary information from the seller. If they refuse to provide it, return the phone for a refund.

But most likely, you bought a lost or stolen phone. The seller doesn't have the information you need and will not answer you.

You don't. Only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the activation lock.

If they can't or won't, it's useless.
