YouTube subscription paid with incorrect Apple Pay card
YouTube subscription fee was suddenly paid by different card in Apple Pay from usual one. Do I need to do anything to change it back? There are two cards in Apple Pay.

How exactly did you subscribe to YouTube? What steps did you follow?
If done directly through the Youtube website, then it used whatever card you selected originally for payment.
If you subscribed through the app on an Apple device, then it does not use Apple Pay at all. It used the payment methods added to your Apple Account in the order they appear in. If you changed that order at any point, then the following subscription renewals will us the new order to charge.
