i cant download apps
I am a minor and I don’t have a credit card. My Apple ID says Verification Required and won’t let me download free apps. There are no active subscriptions. Can you remove the payment verification?

Certain conditions may require you have a payment method on your account:
- You have active subscriptions.
- You are set as the Family Organizer for a Family Sharing plan
- You owe money for past purchases.
- What you want to buy cannot be paid for with account balance.
- Sign in with your Apple ID - https://support.apple.com/https://support.apple.com/en-us/111001 - at the very bottom: "When you sign in to the App Store and other media services for the first time, you might need to add a credit card or other payment information."
Ask an adult to add you to a Family Sharing group, or if you only need to add a card temporarily see if an adult would be willing to have you add theirs, and remove it immediately, in order to fulfill any requirements.
