Messages not receiving non-iPhone/2FA texts after iOS update

iOS 26.3

I can send text in messages but cannot receive from non iPhone and 2FA accounts. Right after last update.

I have tried every thing found on the web or here. Reset, turn stuff on an off, delete all settings.

iMessages seems to be working. FB Messenger does as well. It's just Messages. But that's the most important to me. Any help would be appreciated.
