With the new set up with spam calls and voicemail, can you retrieve blocked voicemails once you delete them? I don't even see them in the deleted voicemail.

If you go all the way to the bottom of the voicemail list, you should see Deleted Voicemails and Blocked Voicemails. If they aren't in either list, you could contact your carrier and see if they have them. Voicemails are stored on your carriers servers. You just have access to them on your phone.
