Unable to login to e-commerce for Higher Ed. after federating domain into MS Entra

Higher Ed. Institution federated ASM into MS Entra. Unable to sign into Apple's e-commerce to create invoices. I looked over Apple School Manager User Guide ( https://support.apple.com/guide/apple-school-manager/welcome/1/web ) but didn't see anything relating to e-commerce.

Problem with Apple Store app on Mac I am using a Mac owned by my company, the initial apple account linked was my company's email account. since 2022, policy changed by apple, I cannot use my initial email account to sign in my Mac's Apple Store app, then I applied a new email account and use it with my Mac, However, I cannot switch my Apple store's account to my new email account, when I follow the instruction to use a different email (which I newly created), the Apple store says that account is already in use and cannot create that account! (I believe this is a bug! why create a new account when people just switch account?) So I have no way to use my Mac's Apple Store since 2022 after that policy change! Does any have this problem? This is frustrating!

Safari can’t open Wal-Mart Mastercard log in page I have used my iPhone for years to check my Walmart MasterCard balance. Yesterday I was unable to login. I get a message that says Safari cannot open because it’s an invalid address. However, using the same ip address I can login from a PC computer. I don’t understand why suddenly I cannot access my Walmart Mastercard account on my Apple products.

Apple Business: Can't add device or download from App Store I'm a new administrator of a new Apple Business account. I'm trying to figure out how to set up managed devices, but I can't download any apps from the Mac App Store, including the Apple Configurator. I get this error: "This feature isn't available with the Apple ID you're currently using." How can I allow my Apple Business Managed Apple ID to use the App Store? There's nothing in the Apple Business portal that shows that the App Store would be disabled.
