CapCut refund denied by Apple, unresolved by developer

I accidentally subscribed to CapCut and would like to request a refund. I already submitted a refund request through Apple, but it was denied twice.

I then contacted CapCut support via email, and they informed me that they would process the refund within 14 working days. However, I have not received any updates or confirmation so far.

I also tried to submit another refund request through Apple, but I am unable to do so now.

Could you please advise me on what I should do next?

There isn't anything that you can do. If the charge was made through the App Store, the developer has no way to force Apple to refund your money. Apple has definitivel denied your refund.

BTW, you can't accidently buy or subscribe to anything. You are presented with the purchase and all details regarding the purchase and then you have to physically agree to buy it by manually pressing the side button twice.
