Iphone 15 pro wont accept incoming calls, wont ring or vibrate
I've spent LOTS of time with Vodaphone going through technical settings etc but nothing works for long. Incoming calls immediately switch to voicemail and although Haptics are set to always play they never do.
I done the usual, obviously. Updates, reboots. Nothing seems to work.
Anyone here got any ideas?

Just a personal experience and your experience may differ, but I’ve never found Vodafone helpful in regard to consumer issues. Probably just me.
You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.
