iPhone 11 to new iPhone Air transfer stuck estimating
Im uploading my iphone 11 icloud data to my new iPhone air, its been stuck on time remaining: estimating for about an hour, anything I should do?

Are you doing a Restore from an iCloud backup?

I think I'd start over. You can do a forced re-start:
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down 5 or 10 seconds past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.
