If you subscribed to this through CapCut then you will have to deal with CapCut about the subscription. If you subscribed through Apple then you will have to deal with Apple about the subscription.
Once you double clicked, you agreed to subscribe to and pay for the subscription unless you canceled the trial at least 24 hours before the trial ended. Apple's way of handling this is you have to pay for the subscription and then you can ask for a refund (which is not guaranteed). Until you pay, Apple won't let you do additional downloads.
You can call Apple and ask them but I have not seen anybody report here that there was a different resolution.
