Hello. My Apple ID works, but my Media & Purchases account is disabled.
When I try to download apps from the App Store it shows the message:
"Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled."
I already changed my Apple ID password, but the problem remains.
Could you please help me enable my Media & Purchases account?

There's a problem with your account information which can't be fixed from your end. Use the Continue button on that dialog box, or click here and send Apple a request to enable it.
The people on these boards are mostly other customers and can't do that themselves.
