Apple-id, Apple didn't contact me at given time

Hi, I forgot my Apple-Id password.

I went through the process and was expecting a call or a text from apple today to finish it, but nothing came I even put my credit card through to speed up the process and have access to both my phone and my email.

The apple store in my country ( Iceland ) does not handle Apple-id problems and I can't get through to contact any other apple stores in Denmark.

Is there no way to get a livechat or something like that with an agent.

If you were using account recovery and did not get a phone call or text:

1) Read this article: https://support.apple.com/118574

Did you use other equipment while the request was being processed? Note the two sections about how using devices while using Account Recovery may result in the request being cancelled automatically.

2) If the request was not canceled but you did not receive a message by the time anticipated, go directly to https://apple.com/recover Follow the directions to regain account access.

No, I didn't use any other device that I know of, my apple watch is not in use and no message came.
