Unauthorized Apple Pay charges and refund request
i have a problem that I needed handle it was several Apple Pay’s that I didn’t authorize and I want a full refund

If you have charges from stores or websites you did to make you would need to contact each of them to request a refund from them.

Do you perhaps mean charges on your Apple Account (usually independent of Apple Pay)?
If so, you can see the following support document to find the charges and raise an issue with them to request a refund.
