How do I regain access to my locked iPhone 13 Pro with a friend's iCloud?

Please my iPhone 13 pro a friend my iPhone 13 pro to enter his iCloud and trying to log out the friend iCloud and it says that his iCloud is locked then I reset my iPhone and trying to use my iPhone it's still asking me to enter the password of the friend iCloud which is not working and now what can I do and my iCloud which was created with the iPhone 13 pro is still available why can't they ask to use the first iCloud to access the iPhone and this is my iPhone 13 pro iCloud here ***gmail.com

You should never share an iPhone allowing someone else to use their Apple Account on it unless you are selling it or giving it away.

Your “friend” now is considered the iPhone owner. The iPhone is Activation Locked, and his credentials are required to unlock it. If he is indeed your”friend”, seek his assistance.
