I’ve had by Apple Pencil pro for 3 months and the tip has mysteriously gone missing 😭 nowhere can you select support for Apple Pencil and I bought apple care+ so I don't know what to do because the only options i’ve found are for damage and repairs….

Pencil Tips are a consumable part - that should be replaced by the user as soon as any visible wear occurs. As such, being a routinely replaced component (much like a disposable battery in a torch), loss of the Pencil Tip is unlikely to be honoured by an active AppleCare+ plan.
If, however, the gold-coloured transducer element that is enclosed by the Pencil Tip when fitted has suffered damage, or has been broken, then AppleCare+ may come to your rescue.
Replacement Pencil Tips are available from Apple in packs of four:
