Apple accounts have no alias.
Do you mean your iCloud email alias? Of so, you change it the same way you created it. You log in to https://icloud.com and tap on Mail, then on the Settings icon at the top, and then the alias you wish to edit. You can change its name, its label or delete it entirely.
