You have been trying for two years+ and Instagram still won’t load. That is what I am hearing. I did a quick research for you and found a resolution posted on Reddit. I re-structured the post for ease of understanding. I am not sure whether you would want to go through the extremes of completely erasing and resetting your iPhone but it is also the last recommendation. It may also help to contact 👉 Instagram Help Center.

If Instagram hasn’t loaded on an iPhone 14 Pro Max for years, the app’s cached data, network permissions, or device registration is stuck and needs a full reset cycle.

1. Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ iPhone Storage ➡️ Instagram ➡️ tap Delete App (not Offload).

2. Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Transfer or Reset iPhone ➡️ Reset ➡️ Reset Network Settings.

3. Open Settings ➡️ Apps ➡️ Instagram ➡️ turn Mobile Data ON and Background App Refresh ON.

4. Open Settings ➡️ Privacy & Security ➡️ Tracking ➡️ turn Allow Apps to Request to Track ON (Instagram needs this toggle visible even if you deny tracking).

5. Reinstall Instagram from the App Store and restart the iPhone.

If Instagram still won’t load, the device’s app entitlement for Instagram is corrupted and only a clean reinstall of iOS fixes it.

6. Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Software Update ➡️ install the latest update, then try Instagram again.

7. If nothing changes, back up the iPhone and perform Erase All Content and Settings — this rebuilds all app permissions from zero.
