So annoyed that I paid for the season and can’t watch this episode, however WOW presents plus has a free 7 day trial and if you use a VPN and choose a country outside of the US you can watch the new episode for free

If they need to rework licenses how is the episode of untucked already on? This seems fishy to me. It’s still not on as of Saturday evening at nearly 11pm pst. This is garbage and I am trying to figure out how to get a refund for a season pass because this is unacceptable if you are offering a season pass option. The whole thing should be okay-ed. Wound up buying the episode elsewhere because I wanted to avoid spoilers.

This episode launch clusterf**k is not a new problem. My husband and I have been dealing with this issue for 8 YEARS. So frustrating to have to wait for something you pay for and know is out there. We have a running joke that there is a lazy intern who refuses to push the launch button. There isn’t any consistency to it either, sometimes it drops at midnight sometimes two days later. WHYYYYY? Get it together!

I called midday Saturday and spoke with “Brian” who had me do all sorts of analytical things on my PHONE because the episode wasn’t available on my Apple TV and kept sending me to gd Hulu…. He said it was a “known issue.” It’s now SUNDAY and still no ep 10. Wth. I’m furious.

So. We all dispute this charge on our Apple Card’s for breach or contract, right?

What is going on! I am doing acrobatics trying to avoid spoilers on social medias! Get it together Apple. It’s bad enough that we have to wait till the next day, and now you release Untucked without episode 10? I’m not doing this with y’all next season if this is not fixed quickly.

This is my first time purchasing a season pass on Apple. I did it thinking this would be the most consistent way to keep up with the show without having to pay for streaming. Not getting an episode when expected according the purchase agreement after paying for the season is frustrating. Is this a common occurrence when you purchase seasons on Apple?

This is already one of the most difficult shows to watch anywhere without purchasing it directly or with a subscription for live tv. I literally bought the season pass for this exact reason, and to fail is halfway through is unacceptable. Honestly SO disappointing.

I spoke with Apple Support, which was absolutely infuriating. They refused to do anything to help me, and basically told me that it's not their problem if I paid for a season pass and didn't get what I paid for. If you buy content from Apple, they apparently reserve the right to just straight up steal from you.

I’m totally disgusted. I started buying from Apple because Amazon had this problem. The show itself isn’t as good as it used to be and I’m thinking I won’t buy seasons at all anymore. Why bother? I certainly am not going to buy any television seasons from Apple because they’re no help and think they needn’t do anything such as reimburse their customers for this. I’m also canceling my Apple TV subscription because of their apathy. It’s been over 24 hours since the show premiered on MTV.

So over these greedy people (Apple, WOW, MTV, Rupaul himself…).

Wow love how Apple is shady enough to not even allow a refund request for this. What a joke… we signed up for another service because it wasn’t available, I want my money back, they didn’t hold up their side of the purchase agreement.

Me too. I’m so sick of them *** us around to watch something we’ve supported for so long.
