Why won’t our theater tickets transfer to my iPhone Apple Wallet?
Some issuers do not permit transfer of tickets. It’s an anti fraud precaution. Try going online to your account and sending them to the other person.

No idea. If you provide a little more information, such what the source of the tickets is, why you believe they should transfer, and how you are going about it, someone may be able to assist.
