"you cannot login because your account has been locked"

"you cannot login because your account has been locked"

I’m trying to log in to my account, but I keep getting the message: “You cannot log in because your account has been locked.”

I’m not sure why this happened, and I haven’t received any clear explanation yet. I’ve already tried the normal login steps, i changed password many times but the issue is still there.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it? Any help or guidance would be really appreciated.

If you see a message saying, “You cannot login because your account has been locked”, or one saying “

https://support.apple.com/HT208856 “, click on this link ➞ https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362 and choose the self help method, or a contact option. You must contact Apple to have them resolve this for you.
