How do I fix an iPad 11th gen that won't stop loading during setup?

my new ipad 11th gen wont stop loading in setup! does anyone know how to get it to work?

iPad stuck in setup I have been setting up a new iPad 10th generation, replacing a 6th generation iPad. Software has been updated and all apps are installed. The new iPad is connected to a a good, strong wifi signal. After three days, I still see a message in Settings that "Restore is in progress. An estimated 600mB will be downloaded to finish restoring your apps and data." Sa far as I can tell, no progress has been made in the last three days. This seems wrong. Is there something I should do to complete the setup process?
