If Suggested Wallpapers in Photos only feature your sister, that means the iPhone’s on‑device machine learning has identified her as the dominant, most frequently detected face in your photo library. This is not tied to your Apple ID, not synced from another device, and not a bug. It’s simply the Photos algorithm prioritizing the person it sees most often or most clearly.

Why it happens

Photos analyzes faces locally on the device and ranks them by frequency, clarity, and recency, so if your sister appears in many photos or in clear, front‑facing shots, she becomes the top “Featured Person,” and Suggested Wallpapers pull directly from that ranking.

How to change who appears

Open Photos ➡️ Albums ➡️ People & Pets ➡️ tap your own face ➡️ choose Feature This Person Less.

Then tap your own face again and choose Feature This Person to boost yourself in the ranking.

You can also mark your sister as Feature This Person Less to reduce her priority.

This behavior carrying over from your iPhone 14 to your iPhone 17 is expected because the People & Pets data syncs through iCloud, so the ranking follows you.
